Given:-

  • Area of a garden is 190 m².
  • Width of a garden is 12 m.

To Find :-

  • Total length of the fence required.

Solution :-

We know,

  • Lenght of rectangle = Area/Width

So,

By using the formula of length of rectangle

Lenght of rectangle = Area/Width

➡ Lenght of rectangle = 190/12

➡ Lenght of rectangle = 95/6 m

Now,

We have to find the perimeter of rectangle

As we know

  • Perimeter of rectangle = 2 ( L + b )

➡ 2 ( 95/6 + 12 )

➡ 2 × 107/6

➡ 107/3 m²

Hence,

  • Total length of the fence required is 107/3 m²
