_____Here's your Answer ______
For Garden,
Length = 120m
Breadth = 100m.
=> Area = l × b
=> A = 120 × 100
=> Area = 12000 m^2.
Now, For the Garden excluding path,
Length = 120 - 2 - 2 = 116 m
Breadth = 100 - 2 - 2 = 96 m.
Area = l × b
=> Area = 116 × 96
=> Area = 11,136 m^2.
Now,
Area of path = Area of Garden - Area of Garden excluding path
=> Area of Garden = 12000 - 11136
=> Area of Garden = 864 m^2.
Rate For 1 m^2 = 1.5
=> Rate for 864m^2 = 1296 Rupee.
