Step-by-step explanation:

given the Length of the garden is 90m and breadth of the garden is 75m.

area of the garden = length × breadth

= 90 × 75

= 6750m²

now, it's given that a 5m wide path is built all around the park.

so the length of the path parallel to the length of garden will be = 90 + 5 + 5

= 100m

length of the path parallel to the breadth of the garden will be = 75 + 5 + 5

= 85m

let the Length be 100m and breadth be 85m for the garden along with the path.

area of the garden along with the path = l × b

= 100 × 85

= 8500m²

therefore area of the path = 8500 - 6750

= 1750m²

FINAL ANSWER:-

we know that 10000m² = 1 hectare

therefore 6750m² = 6750/10000

= 0.675 hectare

Solution:

\text{Length of the garden = 90 m}

\text{Breadth of the garden = 75 m}

\bold{Therefore, Area = Length × Breadth}

\bold{= 90 × 75}

\bold\: \: \:{= 6750\: sq. \:m}

Now, Area of garden in hectare

 \frac{6750}{10000} = 0.675 \: h.a.

Path with width of 5 m

= (90 + 5 + 5) × (75 + 5 + 5)

= 100 × 85

= 8500 m²

Now, Area of the Path

= 8500 – 6750

= 1750 m²
