hii!!

here's ur answer...

given the length of the rectangular garden is 30m and breadth is 20m.

area of the rectangular garden = l × b

= 30 × 20

= 600m²

the 1.5m path is laid all around the garden. therefore length of the path parallel to the length of the garden will be = 30+1.5+1.5
= 30+3
=33m

length of the path parallel to the breadth of the garden will be = 20+1.5+1.5
= 20+3
= 23m

now, area of the garden along with the path = l×b

= 33×23

= 759m²

therefore area of the path = 759-600

= 159m²

total cost if per m² costs ₹10 = 159 × 10

= ₹1590

hope this helps..!

Hola user!!!
Your answer:-
area of the rectangular garden = l × b
= 30 × 20
= 600m²
the 1.5m path is laid all around the garden. therefore length of the path parallel to the length of the garden will be = 30+1.5+1.5
= 30+3
=33m
length of the path parallel to the breadth of the garden will be = 20+1.5+1.5
= 20+3
= 23m
area of the garden along with the path = l×b
= 33×23
= 759m²
therefore area of the path = 759-600
= 159m²
total cost if per m² costs ₹10 = 159 × 10
= ₹1590
