Answer:

₹8900

Step-by-step explanation:

Given :-

Length of the rectangular garden = 102.5m

Breadth of the rectangular garden = 75.5m

No. of times to fence = 5 times

Rate of the wire = ₹5/m

To Find :-

Cost of fencing the garden

Solution :-

Total Cost of fencing = Perimeter × 5 × Rate

Perimeter of a rectangle = 2( L + B )

= 2( 102.5 + 75.5 ) m

= 2 × 178m

Perimeter = 356m

Length of the wire required = 356 × 5

= 1,780 m

So cost of the barbed wire = 1780 × 5

= ₹8900

Ans :- Therefore Cost of fencing the garden 5 times = ₹8900
