A gardener has 1050 plants . he wants to plant these in such a way that the number of rows and the number of columns remain same.find the minimum number of plants he needed more for this .also , write the value depicted by the students .

If he wants the number of rows and columns to be equal, then in other words he wants to arrange them in a square.
Thus your answer would be the nearest square greater than 1050, that is 1089, which is the square of 33.
