A gardener has 1300 saplings. He wants to plant these in such a way that the number
of columns and the number of rows remain same. Find the least number of more saplings
he needs for this. also find no of rows

Since, there will be equal rows and columns therefore, it will make a square.

The number which is the nearest perfect square and is greater than it is 1369.

Therefore, 69 more saplings are needed.

The number of saplings in one row will be the square root of 1369 because the saplings form a square.

Therefore, number of saplings in one row = √1369 = 37
