Given:

Flower bunches made= 68

Flower in each bunch= 10

To find:

No. of bunches that can be made putting 17 flowers in a bunch.

Solution:

So, the solution to the numerical can be found by simple steps of multiplication and division, simultaneously.

First step:

No. of flower bunches= 68

No. of flowers in each bunch=10

:. Total no. of flowers the gardener has= 68×10

=> 680 flowers

So, the gardener has total 680 flowers for making bunches.

Second step:

Taking total no. of flowers = 680

If, one bunch of flower will have 17 flowers now,

then no. of flower bunches that can be made now are=680÷17

=> 40 bunches.

So, no. of flower bunches that can be made with total 680 flowers and each bunch with 17 flowers are 40 bunches.

So, no. of flower bunches that can be made with total 680 flowers and each bunch with 17 flowers are 40 bunches.
