A gardener wishes to arrange his 1746 sapplings in the form of a solid square so that the number of slappings in each row and column are same doing so he realises he is running short of 18 slappings how many slappings are there in each row

Total saplings available=1746
No. of saplings required=18
Total no. of saplings required to form a square=1746+18=1764
Let saplings in a row=x
Total saplings =x^2
Now,x^2=1764
x=√1764
=42 saplings
