First of all we have 8289 plants and as per data 8 were left out.
Therefore total plants that were planted in the square garden is 8289-8=8281
Now we have 8281 plants that were planted exactly in the square garden.
Take square root of 8281 i.e 91.
So he planted 91 plants in a single row
