Given:-

  • Diameter of circular garden =21 m
  • Rate of rope =4 /m

To find out:-

  • Length of rope if he makes 2 rounds of circular garden
  • To cost of rope

Formula used:-

  • Circumference of circle =2πr

Solution:-

Diameter of circular garden =21 m

Radius of circular garden =21/2 m

Circumference of circular garden =2×22/7×21/2

Circumference of circular garden = 66 m

A/q

He makes 2 round of garden

Thus total length =66×2 m= 132 m

Total cost at the rate of 4 /m =132×4= 528

Answer:

\fbox \pink{diameter} = 21m \\ \\ \fbox \purple{radius} = \frac{21}{2}m \\ \\ \fbox \red{circumference} = 2\pi \: r \\ \\ 2 \times \frac{22}{7} \times \frac{21}{2} = \frac{22}{7} \times 21 \\ \\ 22 \times 3 = 66m \\ \\ \fbox \green{length \: of \: rope \: required} = 2 \times 66 = 132m \\ \\ \fbox \blue{cost} = 1m \: rope = 4 \\ \\ 132m \: rope = 4 \times 132 = 528
