no. of day=30
at the of five day
therefore total day =30-5is equal to 25 day
At the end five day 10more man join them.
240+10=250.

let required no. of day be x
no. of men=240,250
no. of day= 25 ,x

it is a case of inverse variation
therefore for inverse variation,xy=k
therefore 240×25 = 250×x
therefore x = 240×25/250
therefore X =24.

Number of days =24days
