Answer:

36.96 L

Explanation:

Given :

V₁ = 8 L

T₁ = 25 C or 298 K

P₁ = 1.2 atm

V₂ = ?

T₂ = 10 C or 283 K

P₂ = 0.75 atm

We have equation :

\displaystyle{\dfrac{P_1V_1}{T_1}=\dfrac{P_2V_2}{T_2} }

Putting values here :

8 × 1.2 / 298  = V ×  0.75 / 283

V = 8 × 1.2 × 283 / 98 ×  0.75  L

V = 2,716.8 / 73.5 L

V = 36.96 L

Hence we get volume = 36.96 L.

\huge\underline\orange{\sf Given:-}

➡V1=8L

➡P1=1.2atm

➡P2=0.75atm

➡T1=25°C(or 298K)

➡T2=10°C(or 283K)

\huge\underline\orange{\sf Find:-}

➡V2=?

\huge\underline\orange{\sf Solution:-}

As we know;

P1 x V1/ T1 = P2 x V2 / T2

Substitute the known values ;

➡ 8 x 1.2/283=V2 x 0.75/283

➡V2 =2716.8/73.5

➡V2=36.96ml

___________

Hence we get the answer ;)
