of 400 ml to a volume of 1 litre, where its final pressure is 100
mm of Hg. What was the original pressure?​

given volume v1 = 400ml

v2 =1000ml = 1 litre

p2 =100mm of hg

let say p1=x

from boyles law

p1v1 =p2v2

400x = 100000

x= 250
