A gas is kept in a 5 litre cylinder at 3 atm pressure. If the pressure increases to 10 atm, what will the volume of the gas?

so V2 will be

using boyels law p=1/v

p1v1=p2v2

therefore

V2=p1v1/P2

3×5/10=V2

V2=3/2
