a gas jar containing air is inverted over another jar containing NO2 gas which is brown in colour and heavier than air. After sometime brown colour is seen in the inverted gas jar too. Identify and define the phenomenon associated with this observation.

I think the brown gas is bromine vapour this happens because particles of bromine vapour diffuse with the air particles
