Answer:

Gas C is Hydrochloric acid. Gas B is ammonia. When ammonia gas is mixed with hydrochloric acid in the air dense white fumes of ammonium chloride are formed. Gas B is basic in nature which turns red litmus paper blue which is ammonia.
