partial pressure of gas is directly proportional to mole fraction of that gas.

so, first find mole fraction of each gas.

mass of H2 = 2g

so, no of moles of H2 = 2g/2g/mol = 1mol

mass of He = 8g

so, no of moles of He = 8g/4g/mol = 2mol

mass of CO2 = 22g

so, no of moles of CO2 = 22g/44g/mol = 0.5 mol

and mass of O2 = 8g

so, no of moles of O2 = 8g/32g/mol = 0.25 mol

now mole fraction of H2 = 1/(1 + 2 + 0.5 + 0.25) = 1/3.75 ≈ 0.266

mole fraction of He = 2/3.75 ≈ 0.533

mole fraction of CO2 = 0.5/3.75 ≈ 0.133

mole fraction of O2 = 0.25/3.75 ≈ 0.066

here we see, highest value of mole fraction for He gas.

hence, highest partial pressure will be possible for He gas.
