The total number of soldiers = 8160.

The total number of soldiers left out = 60.

So, the number of soldiers left over = 8160 - 60

                                                            = 8100.

Therefore the number of soldiers in each row =  \sqrt{8100}

                                                                             = 90.

Hope this helps!
