After arranging them in the form of a square 10men were left out

So number of men in the square=64019-10=64009

In a square all the sides are equal

So....the number of columns will be equal to the number of rows

So....the number of men in a row will be equal to the total number of columns

Columns will be equal to the √69009=253

No of men in front row will be 253
