So, when he arranged them he found 10 men extra . First of all we deduct 10 from 64019 which becomes ( 64019-10 = 64009
And then apply square root of 64009 = 253 ( is the answer)

⇒Remaining men =64019-10

⇒ 64009

⇒Number of man in front row = ✓64009

⇒Therefore , required number of men =253
