Answer:

let what C gets = x

let what B gets = y

let what A gets = z

now, according to question

B gets double of C;

y = 2x

A gets double of B

z = 2y

z = 2 (2x) (substituting value of y)

z = 4x

now, the ratios

A:B

= 4x : 2x

= 2 : 1

also, B: C. (it's not printed in question, but i guess it's this )

= 2x : x

=. 2: 1

and, yes they are in proportion as you can see
