(i) The current drawn
(ii) The energy consumed in 10hours
(iii) The cost of energy consumed at Rs.5.10 per Kwh.

Given:

Power, P = 1200 watt

Voltage, V = 220 Volt

Time, t = 10 hours

(i) To find the current drawn = I

We know,

$Current, I = \dfrac{P}{V}$

I = 1200/220

I = 5. 45 A

(ii) To find the energy consumed in 10 hours

We know,

Energy, E = Power (P) × Time (t)

E = P × t

E = 1200 × 10

E = 12000Wh

E = 12kWh

(iii) To find the cost of energy consumed at Rs. 5.10 per kWh

1 kWh cost = Rs. 5.10

12 kWh cost = 12 × 5.10 = Rs. 61.2
