HEYA mate!!!

we are given that a girl drops a cup from a height..

at first the potential energy that the cup has is converting into kinetic energy.

then when that cup falls down to ground we can hear it's breaking noise.

so here the kinetic energy is converted into sound energy..

hope it helps

and don't forget to mark it as brainliest. ; )

Answer: P.E. to K.E. to Work + Sound +  Heat

Explanation:

When a girl has a cup at certain height, cup has P.E. During the fall of cup, P.E. changes to K.E. which becomes maximum when cup hits the floor. This K.E. at floor breaks the cup into pieces producing sound and heat. Thus, K.E. changes to work done in breaking, sound and heat dissipated. Therefore, above given energy changes can be given. If air resistance is considered then
P.E. to Work against friction + K.E. to Work + Sound + Heat
