volume of cylinder = volume of cone
πr*r*h= 1/3 πr*r*h
π*18*18*32=π *r*r*24
r*r=18*18*2*2
r=36
by Pythagoras theorem
slant height = √36^2 + 24^2
L = 43.3 cm
πr*r*h= 1/3 πr*r*h
π*18*18*32=π *r*r*24

r=36
