Heya !

Here's your Answer ⬇️⬇️⬇️

The girl have cloth = 2 1/4 m

Each piece has to be = 3/4 m

(First will convert mixed fraction into improper fraction)

2 1/4 = (2*4)+1/4
         = 8+1/4
         = 9/4

(In this situation we will divide 9/4, 3/4)

= 9/4
÷ 3/4

= 9/4 × 4/3 {Note : when we are dividing fractions the second fraction                                     reciprocal i.e. we have make it upside down; for ex. =  3/4 = 4/3 and                       then division will change to multiplication}

9×4       36      18         9        3
   ___   =  __  =  __    =  __  =  __   = 3 m (converting into simplest form)

   4×3       12        6         3         1

∴ The girl can make 3 m  pieces of cloth

Hii Mate here is Your Answer,

Given....

Measurement of cloth = 2 1/4 = 9/4
Measure of each cloth = 3/4

So... no. of pieces =
Total measure of cloth ÷ Measure of each cloth

9/4 ÷ 3/4

= 9/4 × 4/3

= 9/3

= 3

Steps

1. When dividing Fraction just reciprocal the second number and multiply it.

2. On multiplying numbes both 4 and 4 cancell out.

3. Now divide 9/3 = 3
