We can separate this mixture by the help of sublimation method.

Firstly, take funnel, cotton wool ball, common salt, powder, China dish, burner and tripod stand.

Take burner and put it on the tripod stand. Now, take the mixture and put it into the China dish. put a funnel on the mixture. Then put a cotton ball at the top of the funnel. Now start burning from the burner. You will observe that some layer of naphthalene ball stick in the funnel.

allow the mixture to be heated, naphthalene powder will get sublimated, get it back by deposition (using cotton ball on top of the funnel). common salt won't get sublimated and will remain as a residue.
