Given that, a girl is sitting in the middle of a park of dimensions 12m × 12m.

Here, length of park is 12 m and breadth is also 12 m.

Also given that, on the left side there is a building adjoining the park and on right side of the park, there is a road adjoining the park.

Since, girl is sitting in the middle. So, ye distance between girl and road is 6 m and also the distance between girl and building is 6 m.

Minimum time required to hear a echo is 0.1 sec and the speed of the sound is 344 m.

Let us assume that the distance covered by the sound is 'd'.

Sound which is produced by fire crackers strike the building and then return back. So, the total distance covered by the sound is 2d.

Distance = Speed × Time

2d = 344 × 0.1

d = 17.2 m

But the girl is sitting at a distance of 6 m from building and road.

Therefore, the girl can't heard the echo of this sound.
