v =  \frac{d}{t}  \\ 60 =  \frac{d}{2} \\ d = 120km \\  \\ v =  \frac{d}{t}  \\ 4=  \frac{d }{3}   \\ d = 12km \\  \\ so \: av.sp =  \frac{t.d}{t.t}  \\ av.sp =  \frac{120 +12 }{4 + 2}  \\  =  \frac{136}{6}  \\  = 22.6666

Speed 1 = 60 km/hr

Time 1 = 2 hr

Speed 2 = 4 km/hr

Time 2 = 3 hr

d1=60×2

d1=120km

2d2= speed 2× time 2

d2=4×3

d2=12 km

Total distance covered = d1 + d2

Total distance d = d1 + d2

d = 12 + 120

d = 132km

Total time t = time1 + time2

t = 2 + 3

t = 5 hr

Average speed = Total distance / Total time=d/t

132/5

=26.4km/hr

i hope this is right
