Hey here is your answer
______________________

Given,
A girl of mass = 40 kg
She jumps with a horizontal velocity(v) = 5 m/s
(u) = 0 m/s

Momentum = mass × velocity

The total momentum just before jumping
= 40 × 0 kg m/s
= 0 kg m/s

The total momentum after jumping
= 40 × 5 kg m/s
= 200 kg m/s

The combined velocity
V = u + v
= 0 + 5 m/s
= 5 m/s
