HEY.....!!! here is ur answer..
If the girl read the 2/7th of the book then remaining part = 5/7th
On another day she read 4/5th part then remaining part = 1/5th
And given there were 35 pages unread
Let the total pages in the book = x
Now, according to the question....
x × 5/7 ×1/5 = 35
=> x = 35×7/5×5/1
=> x = 245
So there were 245 pages in the book.
