The motion of the head of the girl while touching her toes is an example of accelerated motion because, the direction of her head is circular i.e direction keeps on changing. If direction iss continuously changing that means it is not having constant velocity hence , having accelerated motion.

Also because, Before bending her head, The speed of her head is zero and when she starts bending her head, the speed of her head is gradually increasing and finally after touching her toes, the speed of her head is again zero. So, This conclude that the speed is continuously changing. (i.e The speed can never be constant). Since, the speed is changing. So, there is an acceleration. So, it is an example of accelerated motion.
