1. Heat the oil and add the cumin seeds and fry till they are golden
and fragrant.
2. Add the onion pieces and fry till they become golden brown.
3. Add sprouts, chilli powder and salt and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
4. Pour in half a cup of water, bring to a boil and lower the heat.
5. Cover the mixture and allow it to simmer for 10-15 minutes till
the water has dried.
6. Add green chillies, coriander mint leaves to the sprouts and mix well.
7. Serve with lime quarters and curd.
