Given,

Volume 1 (V₁) = 780 mL

Temperature 1 (T₁) = 4°C = 277 K

Pressure 1 (P₁) = 800 torr

Temperature 2 (T₂) = 25°C = 298 K

Pressure 2 (P₂) = 400 torr

By Ideal Gas Equation,

P₁V₁/T₁ = P₂V₂/T₂

= (800*780)/277 = (400*V₂)/298

= 624000/277 = 400V₂/298

= (624000*298)/(277*400) = V₂

= 185952000/110800 = V₂

= 1678.26 mL = V₂

The New Volume is 1678.26 mL.

I hope this helps.
