Let a person at an average consume 'x' units of sugar a day.

Hence, the person consumes 5x units in five days.

Hence, 120 persons will consume 600x units in five days.

So the total available sugar is 600x units.

15 persons require 15x units a day. Total sugar available is 600x units

So no. of days the sugar will last = \frac{600x}{15x} = 40

That is, the sugar will last for 40 days.
