Sol (a) :a=0,3,6,9
Divisible test of 3:sum of all digits should be multiple of 3
3+5+a+6+4=18
18 is multiple of 3
a=0,3,6,9
Sol(b) :97704
9+7+7+0+4=27, 27 is multiple of 3 therefore 97704 is Divisible by 3
Similarly 13266 :1+3+2+6+6=18 implies 13266 is Divisible by 3
And 574:5+7+4=16, which is not multiple of 3 implies not Divisible by 3
