The statement of the question is incomplete. The %age profit at which C sells the house to D is missing. So we shall assume that percentage as x%.

Now coming back to the start of the question, we have

The worth of House = 20,000

A gives it to B at 20% profit

So profit amount = (20%)(20,000) = (0.2)(20,000) = 4000

So A sells house to B for = 20,000 + 4000 = 24000

     B sells house to C for = 24,000 + 400 = 24,400

Now lets assume that C sells it to D at a profit of x%

So C takes the Profit =  (24,400)(x %)

And C sells house to D for = 24,400 + (24,400)(x %)

And finally D sells the house to A again at a profit of Rs 200.

So A have to pay for the house = 24,400 + (24,000)(x %) + 200

                                                    =  24,600 + (24,400)(x %)

So the final Answer is 24,600 + (24,400)(x %).
