it will become less dispersive
because, its refractive index relative to its surrounding - water - gets closer to 1 than when it was in air
refractive index of a medium is a measure of its capability to bend a ray as it enters the medium
if you could find a medium with refractive index equal to that of glass and immerse your prism in it, it will not disperse at all upon entering the glass
