I hope you know the below formula,
Q=ne
Q=Charge
e= Charge carried by an electron/ proton (1.602X10^-19C)
n= any integer.
In this q, Q= 19.2 × 10^-19 C
n=Q/e
n=
19.2 × 10^-19 C/1.602X10^-19
n= 11.98 electrons lost
