A glass slab of 10cm thickness is placed above a small coin. Another thin glass container with water upto a height of 10cm is placed above the glass slab. If the coin is looked from above normally,where will it be seen?​

Substituting,34=apparentdepth12

Therefore, apparent depth=412×3=9

The height by which it appears to be raised is 12−9=3cm
