A godown building is in the form as shown in the figure. The vertical cross section parallel to the width side of the building is a rectangle of dimensions 7 m × 3 m, mounted by semicircle of radius 3.5 m. The inner measurements of the cuboidal portion of the building are 10 m × 7 m × 3 m. Find the interior surface excluding the floor.

area of rectangle = 7 * 3
                           = 21 m^2
area of semicircle = pi/2 * r^2
                              = pi/2 * 3.5 * 3.5
                            = 11 * 0.5 * 3.5
                             = 1.925 m^2
area of cuboid = 2 (10 * 7 + 7 * 3 + 3 *10)
                       = 2 (70 + 21 +30)
                        = 2 (121)
                        = 242 m^2
total inner surface area =  21 + 1.925 + 242
                                      = 264.925 m^2
