Let  Amount bought = X grams

amount bought after increase  of price = X - 10 gms
         4, 500 / (X - 10)   =  (4, 500 / X ) + 5

         4, 500 [ 1/(X-10) - 1/X ] = 5
           900 * 10 =  (X-10)X
             X² - 10 X - 9000 = 0
                (X-100)(X+10) = 0      => X = 100  grams
