A country strengthens its arm force because if they are attacked by foreigners or aliens or foreign countries, they are not going to surrender the country and its men to them and fight for it's glory. A good navy is not a provocation or invitation to the foreigners for calling war but it is the surest guarantee towards peace .
Violating and taking a thing in simple has gone out-dated . People take things negatively while the things is nothing to the extent they are taking .
President of U.S Theodore Roosevelt told these so that the enemies does not take this a threat but it is a message to the world that U.S has strong navy and its a matter of assuring peace and not war . U.S is not calling for war .
