A goods train, 125 metres long, passes in 6 seconds a passenger of a train running in the opposite direction at 50 km an hour. What is the speed of the goods train?​

Answer:

Relative Speed = 50 km/h.

Speed 6 seconds= 6 km/h.

But, we know, here,

Relative speed = Speed of train - Speed in seconds

Therefore,

Speed of train = Relative speed

So, Speed of train = 50+6 = 56 km/h.
