With the removal of gall bladder, the food containing fat becomes difficult to digest.

Gall bladder is an essential part of digestive system which helps in the digestion of food.

The bile juice produced here the major source for its digestion which easily breakdown the fat components in the food.

Basically, gall bladder secretes bile into the duodenum. Bile helps in digestion of fatty acids. After removal of gall bladder probably she is having diarrhea( loose stools) due to fat mal-absorption. The food items would be the fatty ones like oily and junk foods high in fat content.
