We need to understand the slope of lines seen in adiabatic , isothermal , isobaric thermodynamic processes.

For Adiabatic Process :

P {V}^{ \gamma }  = constant

 =  >  \dfrac{dP}{dV}  {V}^{ \gamma }  + P( \gamma  {V}^{ \gamma  - 1} ) = 0

 =  >  \dfrac{dP}{dV}   =  -  \gamma  \dfrac{P}{V}

For isothermal process : We follow the same process and we get :

 =  >  \dfrac{dP}{dV}   =  -   \dfrac{P}{V}

For isobaric process , the slope of P-V graph is zero.

 =  >  \dfrac{dP}{dV}   =  0

We know that \gamma\: > 0 , so slope of adiabatic curve will be greater than isothermal curve.

So OC curve represents Adiabatic Process.
