A graph sheet is of length 24 cm and width 10 cm. One rectangle of measure 10 cm x 6 cm and a square of measure 4 cm x 4 cm is cut off from the two of its corners. Find the remaining area of the graph sheet.​

Now square's area= 4^2=16 sq cm

= 164 sq. cm  

And that is your answer 164 sq. cm.
