Length of tank=l=6 m

Breadth of tank= b=3m

Height of tank=h=4 m

Volume of cuboidal tank =l X b X h

=6 m X 3 m X 4 m

= 72 cu metre

Volume of cuboidal tank=72 cu metre1 cu m = 1000litre

∴ 72 cu m=(72 X 1000) litre=72000 litre

_________________________

water is transferred into red tank

72000 = l×b×h

72000 = 4×3×h

72000=12×h

72000÷12 = h

6000 = h
