Step-by-step explanation:

1/3 of 45000 is 15000 and its 10% is

1500 so he sold it at the price of 16500

12% of 45000 is 5400

He already gained 1500

So 5400 - 1500 = 3900

30000 + 3900 = 33900

and is the answer for second question
