  2. Then,

Total cost = X×11.95+ (10-X)×7.50

or, 101.10 = 11.95 X +75 - 7.50 X

or 101.10 - 75 = 11.95 X -7.50 X

or, 26.1 = 4.45 X

or, 26.1/4.45 =X

so, X=6
